Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Music Content Creator (the "Service"), operated by Blake Wisner Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By continuing to use the Service after these Terms are posted or updated, you accept and agree to be bound by them. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Your account and credentials
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. The Service
Music Content Creator provides a monthly library of short-form content hooks and templates for music creators — including producers, bands, DJs, and vocalists — along with breakdowns of why each hook works and space to personalize your own version. The current month is free; access to past and future months requires a paid membership.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
5. Your license to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own content creation. You may use and adapt the hooks and templates to create and publish your own content. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or syndicate the Service's content or templates as a standalone product.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, templates, breakdowns, branding, and design, is owned by Blake Wisner Productions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The Instagram posts and videos referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are embedded via Instagram's public embed feature.
7. Payment, billing, and subscriptions
The current month's content is free. A paid membership ($10/month, billed in USD) unlocks the full archive of past and future months. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record under Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the full archive as a competing product;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security, servers, or infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limit or paywall; or
- Share your account credentials or membership access with others.
We may monitor and remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or pose a security or fraud risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends; you may export your saved personalized versions before termination, after which we may delete them.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any hook, template, or breakdown will produce a specific result or go viral.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blake Wisner Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Blake Wisner Productions LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blake Wisner Productions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless Paddle's Buyer Terms provide otherwise for payment-related matters.
14. Assignment and changes
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
