Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Blake Wisner Productions LLC ("we," "us," "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal information when you use Music Content Creator (the "Service"). This Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and acts as a separate data controller for payment-related information (card numbers, transaction details). We do not receive or store your full card details.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account information — your email address and password (stored as a hashed credential) when you create an account.
  • Membership and entitlement data — your subscription status, renewal date, and the months you have access to, used to open or lock the archive.
  • Favorites and personalized content — the ideas you favorite and the personalized hook versions you type in, saved to your account.
  • Usage analytics — page views, ideas opened, hooks copied, videos played, and membership purchases, tied to your account to power the admin dashboard and improve the Service.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device identifiers, collected automatically when you visit.
  • Support messages — the content of emails you send us if you ask for help.

3. Why we use your information and our legal basis

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account (contract performance);
  • Provide the Service and grant or revoke access to content (contract performance);
  • Process membership payments and renewals via Paddle (contract performance);
  • Save your favorites and personalized versions (contract performance);
  • Understand how the Service is used and improve it (legitimate interests);
  • Prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests);
  • Meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

We share information only with these categories of recipients:

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — for storing the Service and its database.
  • Analytics tools — for measuring usage (only in aggregate, tied to your account on this Service).
  • Professional advisers — such as legal and accounting firms, when needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and membership data for as long as your account is active. Your favorites and personalized versions are kept until you delete them or close your account. Usage analytics are kept in aggregate form after individual records are no longer needed. When your account is closed, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage, access controls, and row-level security on our database so each member can only see their own saved content. Payment card details never touch our servers — Paddle handles them directly.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at blakewisnerproductions@gmail.com. We respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. When data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect it.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use marketing cookies. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so will sign you out.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
