Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first membership payment. If you're not satisfied with Music Content Creator, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. After the 14-day window, and for all renewals, membership payments are non-refundable — but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address you signed up with, or contact our support team at blakewisnerproductions@gmail.com and we'll help you start the request through Paddle.
Canceling your membership
You can cancel your membership any time from your account page using "Manage billing / cancel membership." Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No further charges are made.
Paddle's policy
Refunds are ultimately handled under Paddle's Refund Policy. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle processes the refund back to your original payment method. For chargebacks or disputes, Paddle's Buyer Terms apply.
